The Attorneys in this firm are descendants of original settlers in Carroll County, Virginia and they take pride in their long ties with this community. They have over 40 combined years of experience in law. Joseph H. McGrady is a native of the Hillsville area and has been in practice since March, 1973. His son, Jonathan L. McGrady, also a native, joined the firm in 1995
