The Attorneys in this firm are descendants of the original settlers in Carroll County, Virginia. They take pride in their long ties with this community and have 50 years of combined legal experience handling criminal, personal injury and domestic cases. Much of their legal experience has been trial work in the courtroom. Joseph McGrady and Jonathan McGrady are hard working knowledgeable attorneys who provide dedicated aggressive representation.
Joseph H. McGrady, Senior Partner, admitted to bar, 1973, Virginia and U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia. Joseph H. McGrady is a native of the Hillsville area and has been in practice since March 1973, when he started his own law practice. His son, Jonathan L. McGrady, also a native, joined the law firm in 1995.
